Is This A Scam Or What?

so i was scrolling through ebay and trying to find some good deals when i stumbled upon these two items

the item name is iPhone 4 box in good condition with papers  and it seems to me that all he is selling is the iphone 4 box only, so why is the item going for $200 and $300 dollars then?

yes, it is a scam.  if you have to ask you probably dont belong on ebay.. much less the internet.
