Tsop Flash Seemed To Work, But The New Bios Arent

I TSOP flashed a new xbox, everything went fine.  In the command prompt it looked like my bios were being erased but new ones were not being writted but I'm not sure.  Anyway, I reboot the xbox and the new bios arent on there and I get error 13 and the dashboard couldnt be found.  Well, I put AUF back in and it booted tothe game before tha dashboard so I could telnet back in.  I tried again, same result.  Advice ?

well thats definately not a bios problem, the flash proably went fine

try booting a slayers cd

was it prevously modded with a proper chip?
