Launch.com Vid's Jumpy

Well I guess jumpy isnt the correct word..

I using launch.com to watch music videos.. I have my cache set to max (16 megs in XBMC) and unless I pause the video at the start for a number of seconds, about 1/2 way through or so the video will stop, start, stop, start, stop, start unless I pause the video for a few seconds. any other way of stopping that besides pausing the video at the beginning, or increasing my cache, (as I have it maxed out).. anyway of downloading the video first to the HDD of the xbox, then watching it?

buffer underrun, check your internet connection. or maybe yahoo is just busy. I, however, cannot get the script to run anymore, was something on launch changed?
