Can't Deploy To 360?
« on: May 07, 2008, 05:22:00 PM »

I think I set everything up right, followed microsofts guide... but when I go to deploy my game, an error occurs and says it can't get a connection to the host and that i might of timed out. Any reason for this... is there anything in visual C# express I have to configure?

Firewall isn't the issue... it supports xna as the exception. I'm going insane... even when i bring in other laptops and set them up... they can't deploy either. Unless the firewall on my router is stopping it... but that doesn't make sense because it allowed me to set keys and whatnot... and there shouldn't be any reason why the router blocks out local ports... right? Wrong? I don't know.

well.. the XNA foums here are pretty dead..

im sure you would find much better assistance on the Microsoft XNA forums.
