Change Nexgen Skin

I'm a noob to neXgen so I'm sorry if this sounds like stupid question.

I'm running neXgen 0.95 as an application from EvoX until I get used to all of its little tricks and have downloaded the neXgen_skins pack from www.xboxopensource.com.
What I want to know is how do I change the skin. (Where to put files, what to edit in nexgen.xml etc.)

P.S. Can's wait for a working/stable/completed neXgen 1.0 release. It looks great so far, looks like a lot of hard work has been done. Will be putting it as default dash for sure.

The skin pack is only for the wip 1.0 version :)
To change teh colours in 0.95 u need 2 edit the xml
