My Jtag Abandoned Me
« on: September 20, 2011, 10:24:00 AM »

I need some help,

Last night i turned my jtag xbox on and it was acting weard, it hanged a several times and then it wouldnt boot up the freestyle dash anymore.

After that i tried reflashing the NAND trough xell however xell started to act strange and now it wont boot xell or freeboot. The xbox is also giving me the RROD

so it seems that i have a corrupted NAND.

Is there a method to fix this?, and if so is it even possobile without the ltp cable because that isnt on my xbox anymore.

I just read out the error code and it is 0010 what should mean overheating, can it be that it acts this way before giving an RROD?

You have a south bridge problem. Your box got hot enough to probably loosen some solder or it's bridged
solder joint.

Check the link out to help out man. I have used this site to help me repair several problems with my jtag.
I am also going to add a heat sink to my south bridge, ana, ram, and nand chips to keep them cool enough
to keep from rrod any more.
