Just a quick Amiga 360 update. I’ve scrapped using E-UAE as the source for the emulation. I’ve found while its OK, it has compatability issues and im not happy with.

I’ve now switched over to PUAE (https://github.com/GnoStiC/PUAE) – which is written by GnoStiC and an effort to merge in the latest WinUAE codebase across to E-UAE. It has much better compatability and fixes and has active development.

Being an Amiga fan, this is important to get the best possible emulation on the Xbox 360 and it is definetly the right way going forward. As a result however, i scrapped all the old Amiga360 code and started over. However, things are progressing quickly and a release should be soon. Right now, this is all i am focused on (MAME, FBANext etc are all on the backburner) until this is released.

Stay tuned!

Amazing work lantus, look forward to the improvements.

I remember my old man finally splurged and got us a brand new Amiga 1000 when they came-out (I loved rubbing it in to all my c64 mates, that teased me about having a TRS-80!) Then there was all the ATARI-ST vs Amiga BS, I got into it so much I had a T-shirt that said: 'ATARI - ST stands for: Antiquified Tired..... Stupified Trash' Or something like it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (Can't remember what I had for each letter)

And there was early Amiga Utility compilations (One of mine went REALLY big! I was still seeing it years after :-) and bootsector viruses ;-) Let's not forget deluxe paint and early word processing (had the lead on M$ by a long way back then, in Soooo many areas it shat on everything else, still can't believe PC architecture caught-on over the Amiga's, BTW- It's pretty-much the norm on any mobo now if u think about it) Oh the good ol' days , I could go-on all day. Really looking forward to this emu, I want to play giana sisters, mouse trap, lotus etc.. etc.. I hope someone does a good package wit it as I have lost all my old disks >_< I think a GF made me throw them a whils back

Well, I got a Commodore 128 when they came out in 1985, so I pretty much skipped over the 64 although my mother had one at her daycare.  Anyways, I'd like to take this opportunity to tease you once more for having a TRASH-80!  LOL!  I did sweat the Amigas though with their video toast and what not, but I had my ivory bbs up with my 1581s.   (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Can you say COMMODORE FOR EVER?  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
