Changing Dashlaunch Settings?

I have the latest Dashlaunch, and I want to activate it's 30ms ping removal thing so I can system link through Kai, I didn't initially install it for some reason.

I just wanna know, can I just edit the setting in the launch.ini, or do I need to run the installer again to change the settings?
