After FBAnext, as we hope everyone enjoyed, we're very proud to bring you the PSX emulation on Xbox 360 very soon, for all jtaggued Xbox 360.

Actually, the sound is not yet emulated, but most games run between 55 and 70 fps at 720P. We still got few bugs, in FF7 for example, and the goal is to grab more FPS.

Graphics filters are implented (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Here is screenshots and video homemade ...

Thanks for this awesome port, its good to see homebrew alive and well. PS1 games in 720p is gonna be fun. Man, I wish I was as good at coding for the Xbox 360 as you guys are.

Out of all the myriad of PSX games you could be excited about emulating, you choose this one? lol.

But it does look interesting though.

The only open source PSX emu available is PCSX and its compatibility is more than cuestionable so don't get your hopes up.

Writing an EMU for PC has greater challenges. The software needs to be supported by thousands of different hardware configurations.

Since the 360 is standard hardware coders can spend a lot more time on optimization vs compatibility. It have a very strong feeling this version will be more stable than the PC version.

one reason the xbox1 was such a powerhouse for emulation everything just worked perfectly.

this is really great! if it's anything like fbanext this is going to rock hard! PSX was the king of my fav genre RPG's can't wait to play them on my xbox
