Also did I see Mortal Kombat 2 on that list  ohmy.gif  hoping that's full speed in this emu smile.gif

You can buy a USB programmer from here.  It's cheaper than the one by maximus.

If you did it'll be the genesis/megadrive version, there are not many (if any) midway arcade games supported by FBA.
