Harddrive Not Recognized

I am trying to upgrade my hdd finally with a 250gb drive now that the bin is out. I backed up all my old drive's partitions and now hddhackr 1.22 is not finding my drive. I am pretty sure its just my sata drivers or what not. I am using an intel ich7 motherboard. I also changed it to legacy devises.
