360 Mod Disc 1.6 - Usb Memory Stick Boot?

I'm sure there is at least one other person out there who wants (or already is) running this from a USB stick. What tools did you use to unpack the ISO and make the USB key bootable? Any help would be great!

And before anyone suggests just using a cd / dvd.. thanks, but I don't want to!

I don't know if it'd work, but 7zip (open source freeware, google for it) will unpack the iso for you, try putting the contents on an empty USB stick?

Frosty is going to release a usb version of his disc on friday (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Will we still have to remove the dvd drive from the xbox360 or will botting with a usb stick do everything without removing dvd drive?

You'll still have to connect your 360 dvd drive to your pc, there is currently no other way to flash your 360
