Jungleflasher V0.1.55 Error 0xc000007b

Iv flashed a lite on and every thing went great so I tried another and every time I try to open jungle flasher any of the versions I get the application failed to initialize property 0xc000007b no matter where I open it from or open as admin,any help would be great thanks by the way Im on 32 bit xp sp3

try to reinstall .net framework. it should help
