Any Improvements On Musical Folders?

Guys,
I've searched everywhere an the only solution to getting my Xbox360 to display my music in the physical folders that it is stored in is with Musical Folders.  Has there been any other programs/plugins that address this issue?  Can someone fill me in as it drives me insane given I've got 17k+ music files all arranged nicely into folders by artist and album but with some terribly messy ID3 tags.
