20 To 120 Xplorer 360

I have (foolishly) used xplorer360's 'restore image' to put an image from a 20Gb drive on to a 120gb drive (both 'official' Microsoft drives). Unsurprisingly, in retrospect, the 120Gb is no longer detected by the 360, although it can still be seen by xplorer360. For what it's worth, the data from the 20Gb drive seems to have been successfully written to the 120.

Is there any way to edit or modify the 120 so that it is detected (but keeps the saves and emulation data from the 20)?

If not, is there any way to restore the 120 so that it can be reverted to a blank (but usable) 360 drive?
