Xbox Backup Creator Or Schtrom360extract?

Ok. Xbox Backup Creator is saying my game's pfi and dmi are unknown. Schtrom says everything passed. So I insert my pfi and dmi files and xbc still says the same thing. What's going on???? Can anyone explain???????

I already told you and warned you on this ,

this time you are taking a vacation of posting.

There is no acceptable and logical conclusion to having an image already with SS in it but not the rest. Why not put  it in the first time. why not take the original in XBCr and do the entire image, a lot simpler if you have the original.
