What Video Encoders Are You Using?

I bought myself a fresh copy of mediacenter 2005 about 2 months ago so i could play my Divx etc etc on my 360. I have downloaded & installed Transcode360 & Mce video encoder but have intermittent problems with both. Either network congestion (i have played divx files straight thru without problem) or freezing (file plays fine on PC) What encoders is everyone using? just want it nice & easy....
