Shared Pictures Folder Not Recognized By Mce

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here but shouldnt he be picking the add folders from THIS computer option instead of another computer?  If the pictures folder is directly on the Media Center PC then you shouldnt pick the other computer option.

But they ARE on the other computer.  I'm basically attempting to stream my pictures from my Windows XP laptop.  This laptop has a widescreen, so I have all my pictures formatted to fit the screen (1920 x 1200) and these pictures are better at filling the screen on my widescreen HDTV.  The only thing I've been able to do is to copy ALL of these pictures (7 GBs) to my media center PC and stream from there.  What a waste of space.
