i am able to sign in, receive messages but i cannot reply, i can write the message, then it appears in the box to type, but when i press ok on the remote it jsut dissapears. i plugged my keyboard, can type but i can't get to send the message to the person. how do i do it?

when i press enter or OK on the remote the text just dissapears. i can receive msgs, long in, everything works except when i go to send what i have typed(with remote)(i also tried by plugging my keyboard)  i press ok or enter and the text just dissappears
