Saints Row 1 - Audio Skipping On Rgh

Just wondering if the radio audio on Saints Row (the first one) skips all the time on a jtag/rgh for everyone or just me. I've tried defragging my external drive but it didn't help. Emptied the system cache, didn't help either. Deleted title update and re-installed the update, didn't help.
