Rgh Slow Loading Times (games, Apps, Etc) When Ethernet Is Plugged

Hi there.
When I have the Ethernet cable plugged-in, FSD3 takes more time to start as it stops (around 15s.) in "Finalizing Skin Environment".
Also when I try to load any content (Games, Apps, XBLA, etc) from any dash (FSD3, XeXMenu, etc) the screens seems freezed for around 15-20s. and then, suddenly, the app loads.

The weird thing is that when the Ethernet cable is not plugged all this issues disappear. FSD loads normally and also any app.

Can you help me to resolve this annoying problem?

SOLVED

The problem was with my router, it even blocked the 192.168.1.1 access.
After a reset it worked again and the Xbox 360 now loads as fast as expected.
