Help With 360 Kiosk

so i finally got myself a 360 kiosk and im getting this error:

so far all i could think of trying was to insert a game, and to unplug the kiosk usb thingy hub. i have no experience with this whatsoever and i was unable to find any help on the googles so if anyone here knows what is going on the help would be greatly appreicated smile.gif

there is a new protection in the metrodash. If you have have nxe or older you can run any orginal disc in your sone, after the update you can only run new kioskdiscs i think.
