Can I Download Rock Band Dlc And Install It In The Hdd ?

Greetings,

I purchased a DLC pack on my old X-box and it is associated with my old profile. Since I bought a new one not a month ago, and using a different gamer profile, I was wondering if it would be possible to download a DLC pack from the net and copy it inside the Xbox's HDD while it's connected to my PC via SATA using Xplorer 360. The X-Box is not JTAG'd, will it work ?
