Hey everyone,

Apologies if this is in the wrong spot..But i have a series of Arcade games (.7z files) that i believe are unpatched on my PC and the only thing i can find are extremely OLD posts/tute's on version 0.2 which doesn't really help me, as one could only assume its a lot more simplified.

Can someone please put together a tutorial together on how I can patch these and put them on my JTAG'd console? Please note something like this is not helpful, nor is it detailed enough:

3.Hit open file browse for the arcade game you just extrated/downloaded.
4.Click "hex mod - yaris swap" now the game will hex-edited to a full game.

6.Burn to a CD, put in 360 and it will come up as a mixed media disc.
7.Go to game libary and the game will be there as a FULL arcade game.

There are many missing steps...particular as it relates to getting these back onto the console. The patching part seems easy enough, its getting them installed into the HDD.

I just did it this way:
- extract the 7z files on your computer (www.7-zip.org if you need the software to extract it)
- start xexmenu or freestyle dash on your xbox, so that you are able to connect via ftp
- start yaris-swap on your computer
- enter your FTP details in the text fields (username and password is xbox)
- click "Test FTP", you should see something like this in the log (bottom of the window)

- check "send via FTP"
- click "go to folder" and choose the extracted folder
- click "hex mod / yaris swap / options"

the game is now unlocked and copied to your xbox automatically. just start it from your dashboard

Didn't work.

I tested the FTP connection, works fine in YS and also in FlashFXP, so no problem there.

I downloaded the 7zip file as well, not sure that its needed, as when i click the hex mod/yarisswap/options button (after selecting the folder the 7z files belong in), it says it "all files patched (except CON files) and sent via FTP!"

The original trial version games are NOT on my console, i an transferring them from PC to Xbox...otherwise how do i unlock the current ones? What am i doing wrong/not doing?

Never mind, all fixed. I was using one of the programs incorrectly.

sweet. what did you do wrong?

you can also transfer more games at a time. I'm just copying 20 Arcade Games from my computer to the xbox. Extract every game to a separate folder and create the subfolder structure eg:
C:\ArcadeGames\DOOM\Content\0000000000000000\58410824\000D0000
C:\ArcadeGames\Trials HD\Content\0000000000000000\5841095A\000D0000
...
If you don't know the TitleID of the game check it here: http://360.kingla.com/

Then you just choose the C:\ArcadeGames in Yaris-Swap, and every single game is beeing copied to your box

It also tells you the title IDs in Yaris Swap, but your site is good too.

I was using YS incorrectly when attempting to copy over files by FTP, that's all sorted now as I realised that I am just a spaz  

Thanks for the link to KINGLA, very helpful stuff. I will just copy all the name folders over via FTP, that seems to be the easiest. I appreciate everyones input here, thankyou again, mods can lock this now.
