Multiple Game Disc For Xbox 360?

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/uhh.gif) so is it possible to put multiple xbox 1 games on a single dvd...For use on an XBOX 360? I've ripped a couple xbox 1 games with xbc, Then downloaded Craxtion 4, But I get the feeling Craxtion is for the original xbox with evo-x or whatever.
