Backward Compatible Problem
« on: December 26, 2005, 05:09:00 AM »

Hi,

I have bought the XBOX1 games SSX3 and also Crimson Skies to play on the x360. Crimson works fine after the emulator was downloaded but SSX3 does not work. I get the following message: This game does not support your current display settings.

I tried all different display settings but the message keeps coming back.

Does someone know what to do and where can I report this?

Thanks,
Mad

maybe it means that the xbox1 game is not supported by the current release of the emulator.

MS are working on the xbox1 emulator all the time. just watch out for new updates, if you cross your finger, they might add support for the game..

Same thing happens to XIII. It's something to do with vga i think, because if i put the standard av cable in it works, but the picture is terrible on my lcd with those cables.

So its a bit pointless if some games won't work with vga...

SSX3 is on the list so that is the reason why I bought it.

Indeed, it has to do with VGA mode. That is not supported. With the normal AV cable it works so on TV it's good.

Thanks for the help.

Anyone know why my Halo 1 disc will work flawlessly until I try to load a multiplayer game? When I get to the part where it asks for the game type (right after I select the multiplayer level), I press A and it just freezes.
