Could be GPU or HANA requiring reflow/reball. Could be bad JTAG, could be improperly updated Xell on a JTAG console. Way too many variables for my blood, easiest would be attempting to reflow HANA first, then GPU, but if you do either wrong it's hosed and you likely won't know it. Then again, you could just extract KV, and re-flash it as XBR, but then if it doesn't work you don't know if it's because the console is too new for JTAG, or if it's got a hardware problem, so at that point you'd have to reflow GPU or HANA, but then you don't know if THAT was good or not...
