I'm a parent who backsup his retail games so my kid don't scratch up my orignals and my 360 plays on live if i burn a xgd3 disc useing the turnacate method will it be banned or does any know or do i need to get a ihas drive?

About being banned.

Don't truncate. Burn properly.
