yep i can confirm this is true , if you do a connection test then check the info for the ip address , it says you are banned for a violation of terms and conditions or summit , i was also playing halo3 with my backup , running the latest hitachi firmware on a 59 drive spoofed to 47 , i will post status codes soon

i aint bitter about this in any way , it was something we always knew would be on the cards , @ least backups still work

Hi....

I was playing halo3 with a beta code.. so without a cd and i was banned..

Since the update i didnt played any backups.. untill .. this morning a friend of mine came over and when i came back into the room he was playing backups...

I didnt update the firmware yet, but i didnt think of someone else putting in one of my backups...

BUT... it was not crackdown.. it was another game that was inserted ...

Could u please post your firmware version on the drive when u got banned ?

I'm pretty sure the gamertag isnt banned but only the console like with xbox 1. But could u confirm that with your modded and unmodded console.

OMG, I'm sooo pissed off.

I was in the middle of playing Halo 3 Beta and then it disconnected!!! I tried to re-connect and it said Xbox Live failed!

I think its time to get another 360.

As soon as the updates can out and the latest fw update before the latest dash update. I have a feeling ms has been watching us for a while now. So even if the latest fw cant be detected the older version ver.
