Go to GameStop or EBgames and purchase one with cash in the store. Its a pre-paid card and you just enter the code on xbox LIVE.

I see the only advantage in buying $25.00 worth points via credit card is you get more points

Buying a card at a local store: $25.00 for 1600 points
Buying points via Marketplace: $25.00 for 2000 points

Every store intown except for best buy sells the 1600 point card for $19.99.  Best Buy sells it for $25.

I got my 1600 point card at gamestop for exactly $19.99.  Apparently some law was passed that non-tangible items cannot be taxed (at least in michigan)
