Xlink Question/problem

hello i got everthing working fine last night i was in the lobby with h3 i can see a list of people on my tv and when i try and join a party it would say. i am not compatile with them has to do with my nat. how can i fix this problem i am going through a hub then a router.  any information would be great thank you
