System Link Xbox And 360

so ive read it there, but they werent too clear just that u can link the two systems togather and play,

but thats it,

can u play blazing angles ( for 360) on 360, then systemlink to an xbox, and put it blazing angels ( for xbox ) and play?

or is it only the backwards compatible games for system link,

since it works on live, and live is basically one big system link,

just wondering.
