guys i need lil help here, i got GTA4 (NTSC) for my Xbox 360 & it gave me region error, this there any solution for this, if i get myself PAL to NTSC convertor, will it resolve this issue, thanks

no. the region coding is something that hasn't been worked around yet. you will either need an in region game, or an import 360 to go with your game. the only exception is a complicated process that involves

1. installing an infectus modchip AND add on pcb
2. performing the timing attack
3. setting up linux on your 360
4. dumping the keyvault, and changing you're consoles region
5. reflashing the keyvault

and this will actually change your systems region (aka your current games will no longer work)

Dumb question related to regions: Will a HDD bought in another country work on a UK console? I'm assuming so, but I thought I'd check.

Yo!  pop.gif

I'm officially getting my first XBOX ever! im living in Japan now so im gonna import the US version

anyways,

im just wondering if the XBOX Live will work ? am worried that playing Online in Japan with the US version might cause some problems when it comes to regions... or is that no problem at all?

im asking this cuz i had some problems with my PS3 when i tried buying stuff online from the US store... i had to buy from the japanese or euro store or something like that... how does the XBOX online/live work!?

i understand all those differences between regions between games... NTSC PAL etc... so im gonna import english games from US too... im just wondering if i will have problems with Online playing and Live...

thanks guys  biggrin.gif

You can't just hex edit the keyvault if you're on nxe or higher. They added some hashing and signing to prevent people fucking with it.

Secondly, early rising helps us in our studies. We learn more quickly in the morning, and find it easier to commit to memory what we learn.Thirdly, early rising enables us to plan the work of the day. We can't work well without a plan. Just as the plan for the year should be made in spring,so the plan for the day should be made in the morning.
