With xexmenu when you hit copy dvd the try will open as you say then you want to put the disk in and close it by hand let it start to spin up then hit confirm and it should start to copy over. If I was you I would look into Freestyle Dash, it is way easier to copy over dvd to hard drive where you can just pop a disk in a and hit copy dvd then select destination.

Can I just create a /game/ folder under hdd1: on the official m$ 120 hard drive?? Or will doing that throw things out of wack for the file/folder structure?

Yes, you can do that... but I think it needs to be called "Games" not "Game"

ok.. so i copied a game to the /Games/ folder..

And now, i cannot get into XeXMenu anymore.. i just get a static eternal black screen when attempting to launch it from the dash..

The auto discovery in xexmenu is what sounds like your problem.Id check the directory listing for the game.It should be hdd1:\Games\Prototype for the game prototype for example.

Is it possible to play xbox 360's without DVD Inserted in it? That's what this mod does?
