Juggle Flasher Not Finding My Lite-on 74850c

My bios see the Lite-on 74850c at start up and when I get a system report when Im in windows it shows

CD/DVD Drive 0
Device Port: 1
Device Port Location: Internal
Current Serial ATA Transfer Mode: Generation 1
Model: PLDS DG-16D2S
Firmware: 74850C

but when Im in jungle flasher, PLDS DG-16D2S does not come up in the drive properties, I checked each I/O port and no PLDS DG-16D2S comes up. I installed PortIO32. Anyone know what the problem is?

I mean jungle flasher not juggle flasher for the title lol

this topic can be deleted the problem was some settings in my bios
