If you flash your firmware does that ban you from xbox lixe? If not what acualy does?

You need to iXtreme 1.4(1.41 if you have a BenQ). All the info you need is in Textbook's tutorial. You should read this over and over until you understand it. It has everything in it from how to flash your drive to making your own backups.
