Current Ixtreme Status?

I'm a little surprised nobody has a little insight on this.  Am I the only one who doesn't know where the ban hammer stands right now?

The last ban hammer saw people with ix1.4 and good media banned, so at present the only surefire way of ensuring you stay online is to not use a modded console.

It is the risk you take when modding your console.  You will eventually get banned!
