A buddy of mine gave me his xbox to try to fix it, it didn't turn on.  I found out it had a blown fuse on the power supply so I bought a new one.  With the new power supply I can only turn it on once.  If I turn it off and try to turn it back on it won't work. It's not modded, I was gonna flash his tsop for him if I can get it working.  I can't figure out what's wrong with it so I'm asking the experts.  Any ideas?
