because the xbox 360 is not based on a NTFS or FAT file system, which is all windows is going to be able to read, it is instead FATX big endian, which there was just recently released(i believe) a driver for linux but since i dont have linux on my computer i am not able to test it to see how it is, but i dont believe you have full read write, maybe someone who has tried that out can give us more information.
