Vid Streaming Stops Over Wireless

I have my xbox connected to my comp via Dlink 801.11b wireless.  Mine are the plus type and should be able to operate at 22mbits.  When streaming a vid (testing with 24 lol-xvid releases) the cache looks to be around 50%, but at random points the vid will freeze and drop back to xbmc and I have to start again and skip through to the point it stopped.  I've tried cracking the cache up to max but that didnt help.

This worked perfectly in xbmp and never stopped.  Im streaming with ccXgui.  With xbmp i was streaming with relax but i tried ccxgui and it worked fine too.

Any ideas, this gets really anonying

I use ccxstream and XBMC and don't have any of these issues at all.

ccxgui is just a gui front end of ccxstream, so i wouldnt think it would make a difference??

i was thinking about going to 802.11g stuff but i would rather not spend the $$ if i dont need to
