How Bitsetting On Samsung Sh-w162?

Booktype setting in CloneCD doesn't work with the latest firmware on the SH-W162x.  Use ImgBurn instead and educate yourself about the pitfalls of blank video partitions vs. true video partitions.  Thanks to Vince, the Golden God of Shitty Samsung Drives...  Otherwise it wouldn't work at all.
