1080p Problems With Netflix

Lets se here... where to start. I use the netflix services on my xbox pretty frequently, and considering the season i thought a new hdtv would be a perfect present for myself, thing works amazing, great picture and sound, its a dynex 42" 60hz 1080p. All ym games run fine on it, and the media center extender works fine, but when i attempt to whatch a movie using netflix, immediately follow the screen that says "determining you video quality" It blacks out, and i dont get audio or video until i back out of the movie. I thoguth it was the tv till i noticed that everytime i exit the movire and get picture back on the xbox, all the visuals are off, sometimes in black and white, sometimes its really blurry, etc. and the color will only return to normal when i reboot the xbox, right now im using the component cables.

Does this sound like a hardware problem with the xbox?

Is my tv retarded?

Would using an hdmi cable help?

i just bought this thing about 12 hours ago and imr eady to break it already.... I N33D2 T3H HELPZORZ
