No, the Xbox doesn't support 1366x768. You should be able to make it not stretched in your TV's settings, however.

So your TV does have a 1:1 mode? If so that should provide the absolute best results, no scaling at all should make for a great picture. Even if it doesn't have a 1:1 mode your only stretching 6 pixels so that shouldn't hurt PQ noticeably. Also you should probably use the "expanded" reference level to produce the best blacks
