Hdmi Nooob Needs Help!?

The 360 outputs an HD signal over component, VGA, and/or HDMI. If your TV has HDMI, and your system does too, then get an HDMI cable. If your TV only has VGA or component, then use VGA or component. As long as your TV/monitor is HD ready, then you'll be able to get HD from the console.
