Probably just a handshake issue. Make sure the TV is turned on first, and switched to the proper HDMI input that the 360 is connected to, then turn on the 360. 99% of the time the display needs to be turned on first for HDCP to work properly. If that doesn't work I guess try it the other way, and that doesn't work then call MS I suppose.....
