No, it is not possible. The component cable is too thick, and will not allow the HDMI to be plugged in at the same time. However, you can just use the audio dongle that comes with the Elite to run either RCA stereo or optical to your surround receiver (or both) So in theory you can output audio to 3 different devices at the same time.
