That is a very strange problem and I can honestly say I've never heard of that before.

I use the custom soundtrack feature all the time and I stream from my desktop PC.

I doubt it's a hardware issue..

My guess is either

A. There is something askew in your streaming setup either your network settings or the PC your streaming from that glitches the sound on your console

or

B. Your console's dashboard got glitched in a system update

or

C. It's game specific and actually a common problem in your specific game.


We can rule out C if it's happened every game you play with custom sound tracks

We can rule out B if you had the problem before and after a system update.
