You...have a complete lack of understanding if what you're trying to do. Unless you order some 100+ft A/V cables to connect your XBox 360 to your capture card, then you're going to have to move your system. Also, there would be no reason to open your 360. You can go to CompUSA and get a cheap USB TV tuner/video capture device. A PCI device is almost always cheaper, but since you're asking if you would have to open your 360, I don't think you should be opening your PC.
