boot to the xbox dashboard and keep pressing right on the dpad until you reach the last blade. go to system settings (i can't remember the exact name) then choose Display. inside there there are two options - the first is for choosing the screen (normal or widescreen), the other is for the pal setting - choose this and change to Pal-60. that should sort it out
