Headphones For The 360

So with a wife and two kids, I have to play 360 late at night or super early in the morning.  I have a pretty crappy 5.1 receiver... WITH NO FREAKING HEADPHONE JACK!  I have a real nice pair of headphones that I use for PC gaming..

My buddy at work was telling me that there might be a headphone jack on the controller that you can use for Live but it might work for all games...?

Any ideas?
